UPGRADES AND OVERHAULS
Our systems and equipment knowledge can be put to your use in designing and implementing upgrades to existing systems and in overhauls of existing machines.
In many cases, a redesigned flow and the addition of a few key pieces of equipment can provide a complete solution to your grain processing needs.
Overhauls or rebuilding of existing equipment may be an economical solution for your operation. We have fully trained personnel for all your repair or overhaul needs. These may be accomplished on site, or in some cases in our Buxton shop.
PARTS
Crippen Northland Superior can provide original-specification renewal parts for all Crippen and Crippen Northland Superior cleaning machines – from shells and screens to bearings, belts and pulleys.
Please contact us with the part description and machine model, and we will provide prompt turnaround of your order. All parts are listed in the Operation, Maintenance, and Parts manual you received when commissioning your Crippen and Northland Superior machine. If your manual is not available, please contact us to research the parts details – copies of all manuals are on file in our office.
We also provide many renewal parts for other manufacturers’ cleaning machines – including Carter Day and Ideal, among others. Please contact us for a quotation on your renewal parts requirements.
We have fully trained personnel to install these parts or assist your personnel in installing these parts.
